About VLE PC

VLE PC is a set of 54 online tools for the paperwork people actually deal with in India: compressing a photo to the exact size an upload form demands, cropping an Aadhaar or PAN card so it prints as a card, merging scans into one PDF, and producing the Marathi declaration letters and affidavits that district offices ask for.

Who it is for

Common Service Centre operators, Aaple Sarkar and Setu centres, students filling out exam forms, farmers applying for crop insurance, and small businesses that do their own paperwork. If you have ever been turned away because a photo was 3 KB too large, this site exists for you.

How we treat your files

Most tools run entirely inside your browser using your own device's processor. Your Aadhaar, your PAN, your family's photographs — they are never uploaded, so there is no server copy to leak, sell or subpoena. A few tools genuinely need a server: optical character recognition, background removal and heavy PDF compression. Those say so on the page before you start, and the file is deleted as soon as the result is sent back.

How it stays free

The tools that cost us nothing to run are free, permanently, without a watermark and without an account. The handful that use real server time are paid for with coins, and you get some free when you sign up. That is the whole business model.
