Shipping & Delivery Policy

This page covers the one physical product we ship — the PVC ID card. Every other tool on this site is either free or delivers a digital file straight to your browser; there is nothing to post for those.

What we ship

A PVC card printed with the design you upload at checkout, sized and finished for everyday carry — the same physical format as a bank or ID card. Nothing else is included in the package unless stated on the order page at the time you buy.

Where we deliver

Anywhere in India with a valid PIN code and a postal address that Speed Post or an equivalent courier can reach. We do not currently ship outside India. If your address is genuinely undeliverable, we will contact you using the phone number or email you provided at checkout before doing anything else.

Timeline

1. Payment confirmed — your order is created the moment Razorpay confirms the payment, never before. You get an Order ID by email immediately.
2. Printing — your card is queued and printed to the design you uploaded.
3. Dispatched — handed to the courier. You get an email with the courier name and tracking number the moment this happens.
4. Delivered — to the address on your order.

Typical time from payment to delivery: 2-3 working days after payment. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — festivals, weather and courier delays outside our control can push it out by a few days. You can check exactly which of the four stages above your order is at, any time, on your orders page.

Shipping cost

The price shown on the order page before you pay is the full price — printing and delivery included. There is no separate shipping charge added at checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your card is dispatched, we email you the courier's name and a tracking number, and the same details appear on your orders page. Use the courier's own website or app with that tracking number for live delivery status.

Address accuracy

We print and ship to exactly the name, address and PIN code you enter at checkout — please check it carefully before paying. If a package is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address you entered, reshipping it is possible but is charged at cost.
