Privacy Policy

The short version. Most tools never send your file anywhere — they run inside your browser. We do not sell data, and we never look at your documents.

1. Your documents

Tools marked as running in your browser — the compressors, croppers, converters, mergers, the document and card generators — process the file on your own device using JavaScript. The file is never transmitted to us. Closing the tab erases it from memory.

A small number of tools need server processing: PDF OCR, background removal and heavy PDF compression. For these, the file is uploaded over an encrypted connection, processed, returned, and deleted immediately. It is not backed up, not indexed, and not read by a person.

2. What we store about you

If you create an account we store your name, email address, an optional mobile number, a cryptographic hash of your password (never the password itself), your coin balance, your referral code, and a record of coin credits and spends. That record names the tool used — not the file, and not its contents.

If you write to us or suggest a tool, we keep your message and the contact detail you gave, so we can reply.

3. PVC ID card orders

Ordering a physical PVC card needs more than the rest of the site: your full name, phone number, delivery address and PIN code, and the photo or PDF design you upload to be printed. This is stored only to print and ship your card, and to answer you if something about the order needs sorting out. The uploaded design file is kept outside the web — reachable only by you and by us when handling your order — and is not shown to any other customer.

We do not verify anything you type against Aadhaar, the land registry or any other government database — see the order page itself for what that means for the card you receive.

4. Payments

Coin purchases and PVC card orders are both handled by Razorpay. Your card number, UPI PIN and banking credentials are entered on Razorpay's own secure form and never reach our servers. We receive only a payment reference, the amount, and whether it succeeded. Razorpay's handling of your data is governed by their privacy policy.

5. Cookies

We set one essential cookie to keep you logged in. It carries a random session identifier and nothing about you. If analytics or advertising is enabled on the site, those third parties may set their own cookies; you can block them in your browser without losing any tool.

6. Server logs

Our web server records the usual: IP address, time, page requested, browser type. These logs exist to diagnose faults and stop abuse, and they are rotated and discarded.

7. Who we share with

Nobody, except the payment processor described above, the courier we hand a PVC card order to for delivery (your name, address and phone only — never your uploaded design), and any hosting provider that necessarily stores the data to run the service. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We disclose it only where a law or a valid legal order requires it.

8. Your rights

You can see and edit your details on the profile page. Write to us to have your account and personal data deleted; we will do it, keeping only what tax and accounting law requires us to keep about payments, and what a PVC order already dispatched still needs for delivery to complete.

9. Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly hold their data.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A material change will be announced on the site.
