1. Agreement

By using vlepc.in ("the site", "we", "us") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What the service is

VLE PC provides online tools that process images, PDFs and document templates. Some tools run in your browser; some run on our servers. Most are free. A few cost coins, which you can earn or buy. We also print and post a physical PVC ID card to a design you upload — see clause 7.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done through your account. Give us accurate details when you register. One person, one account — accounts created to farm referral coins will be closed and their balance forfeited.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use VLE PC to forge, alter or fabricate any identity document, certificate, seal, signature or government record, or to process material you have no right to process. The croppers and document generators exist to format documents that are genuinely yours, for printing and submission. Misuse is your liability alone, and we will cooperate with any lawful investigation.

You also may not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, scrape it in bulk, or resell access to it as your own product.

5. Your files and your content

You keep all rights to whatever you upload or create. Where a tool runs on our servers, you grant us the narrow permission to process that file for the sole purpose of returning your result, after which it is deleted. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

6. Coins

Coins are a prepaid credit for using premium tools on this site. They are not money, carry no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash. Coins do not expire while your account is open. Prices and the coin cost of a tool may change; a change never removes coins you already hold. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. PVC ID card orders

A PVC card order is paid for in rupees through Razorpay, not coins, and only becomes a confirmed order once that payment is actually completed and verified — an unpaid or failed attempt is never processed or printed. We print exactly what you upload and exactly the shipping details you type; we do not check any of it against Aadhaar, the land registry or any other record, and the card itself is a self-made reference copy, not an official government document. 8. Accuracy and your responsibility

The document generators fill a template with what you type. We do not check your facts, and a generated declaration, affidavit or family tree is a draft for you to read, verify and sign. You are responsible for what you submit to any authority. Templates follow commonly accepted formats, but offices differ and requirements change — confirm the format with the office that will receive it.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Tools may be changed, paused or withdrawn. Nothing here is a promise of fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent Indian law permits, VLE PC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for a rejected application, a missed deadline, or lost or corrupted files. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Ending your access

You may stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or is used for fraud.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above changes when we do, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
