Rearrange PDF Pages
Reorder or rotate the pages of a PDF by dragging their thumbnails.
How to use it
- Choose the PDF. Every page appears as a thumbnail.
- Drag a thumbnail to move that page. The label shows its new position and where it came from.
- Use the ↻ button on a page to rotate it a quarter turn.
- Press Save new PDF and download.
Questions about this tool
Does rearranging lose quality?
No. The pages are copied across as they are — only their order and rotation change.
Can I rotate every page at once?
Yes, use the "Rotate all" button. Useful for a scan that came out sideways.
A big PDF is slow to open.
Drawing a thumbnail for every page takes a moment, and a few hundred pages on a phone will be slow. The pages appear as they are drawn.
Can I remove a page while I am rearranging?
Not in this tool — rearranging only reorders and rotates. Use the remove pages tool first if you also need to drop a page, then rearrange what is left.
Can I undo just my last change?
"Undo all changes" resets everything back to the original order and rotation — there is no single-step undo, so drag carefully or start over if something goes wrong.
Is the rotation actually saved, or just shown in the preview?
It is saved into the file itself — whatever opens the downloaded PDF will show the pages the right way up, not just this page's preview.
