Questions about this tool

Which should I choose, JPG or PNG?

JPG for anything with photographs or scans — far smaller. PNG for pages of line art, text or tables, where it stays crisp.

Why is the ZIP so large?

At "high" every page becomes a large image. Drop to normal, or choose JPG instead of PNG.

Can I convert just one page?

Set the page range — for example 3 or 2-5.

Does this work on a scanned PDF, not just a text one?

Yes — it renders the page exactly as it looks, so a scanned document converts the same way a normal typed one does.

Can I do this on my phone?

Yes, everything runs in the browser itself — a phone handles it the same way a computer does, though the "Maximum" sharpness setting will take longer on a slower phone.

Will the pages come out in the right order?

Yes — each image file name includes its page number, and a single-page conversion downloads directly instead of inside a ZIP.
