How to use it
- Download the Ayushman Bharat card from beneficiary.nha.gov.in or the Ayushman app.
- The front and back crop themselves automatically from the standard layout — no dragging needed. Use the small ↺ button on either one if it needs adjusting.
- A photo of the physical card (instead of the PDF) still asks you to drag the box, since a photo is not a fixed layout.
- Build the sheet and print at 100% / actual size.
Questions about this tool
Do I need to carry the printed card to hospital?
Take it, along with your Aadhaar. Hospitals verify against the national database, but a printed card with the family ID visible makes the desk process far quicker.
The card lists my whole family.
Each member has their own card under the same family ID. Download and crop each one separately so every member carries their own.
Is a printout accepted?
Yes — the scheme is verified electronically at the hospital, so the card is an identification aid rather than a document that must be original.
What is on the "Back" side?
A real Ayushman card PDF has one printed card face plus a benefits/helpline panel with its own QR code — that panel is captured as the second side so both pieces of the same page are available to print, at the same fixed 8.5 x 5.5cm size as the front.
