Questions about this tool
What is a UDID card?
The Unique Disability ID card issued under the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities. It carries the disability type and percentage, and is what most schemes, concessions and reservations now ask for.
Do I still need the old disability certificate?
Keep it. Some offices still ask for the original certificate alongside the UDID, especially for older records that predate the card.

What size does the printed card come out at?
The standard 85.6 x 54 mm card size — the same as a bank card or driving licence — so it sits correctly in a normal card sleeve or wallet slot.
