Application Generator — 25+ Ready Formats, Written by AI From a Few Lines
Most offices in Maharashtra — a police station, a Gram Panchayat, a school, a bank branch — expect an application in a particular format: "प्रति," the designation, a subject line, a formally worded request, and a signature. Getting that wording right from scratch each time is the slow part. This tool keeps the format fixed and lets AI write only the request itself, from a few lines you type describing what actually happened or what you need.
Pick from ready-made types across police complaints, RTI applications, Gram Panchayat resolutions and NOCs, school and college certificates and leave letters, bank BC, passbook and mobile-number applications, transport passes, and general office letters — or choose "Other / Custom" and describe anything else. Everything after that — your name, the office, the date, the signature — is exactly what you typed, never invented by the AI.
How to use it
- Pick an application type — police, Gram Panchayat, school, bank, and more — from the list.
- Fill in your name, address, who it is addressed to, and the subject — the middle two prefill from the type you picked, but you can change them.
- In "Brief details," describe what happened or what you need in your own words — a few sentences is enough.
- Press Write with AI. It writes only the formal middle paragraphs — your name, the office, the date and the signature line are exactly what you typed, not invented.
- Read it over — you can edit the written text directly — then print, or download as PDF or image.
Questions about this tool
Does the AI make up facts?
No — it is told to use only what you type in "Brief details" and to write generally rather than invent a date, amount or name you did not give. Always read the result before you use it; you are responsible for what the final application says, not the AI.
Which languages does it write in?
Marathi (Devanagari) or English — pick one before pressing "Write with AI." The rest of the letter (headings, salutation, signature line) switches with it too.
Is my brief description sent anywhere?
Yes — unlike most tools on this site, this one is not fully on-device: your brief description is sent to Anthropic's Claude API on our server to write the formal text, then discarded. It is not shared for any other purpose. Everything else — your name, the office, the final letter — is only ever built and stored in your own browser, exactly like our other document tools.
Why does this cost coins when most tools here are free?
Writing each application is a real, billed call to a third-party AI service — the coins cover that cost. You are only charged once the AI actually replies; a failed attempt costs nothing, and editing, printing or downloading afterward is always free.
Can I write the body myself instead of using AI?
Yes — the body box is a normal text box. Type or paste your own wording into it and it appears on the letter exactly as typed, with nothing sent anywhere and nothing charged.
