What are these two pages for?
Page 1 is a भूमिहीन (landless) self-declaration — used where the office wants written confirmation that no one in the family holds agricultural land. Page 2 is the actual उत्पन्नाबाबत स्वघोषणापत्र — the family income self-declaration, with the income table and family list — the core document an उत्पन्नाचा दाखला (income certificate) application is built on.
Do I need both pages for every income certificate?
It depends on the office and what the certificate is for. Some Tahsil offices ask for both as one self-declared packet; others need only the income declaration. Ask the office issuing the certificate which it wants, or check with whoever is filing on your behalf.
What income should I show?
The combined income of everyone counted in the family, added up — not only your own. Offices work off that combined figure, which is why the form carries a family list next to the income table.
What proof should I attach?
Whatever actually backs the number — salary slips or Form 16 for a job, a 7/12 and 8-अ extract for agricultural income, a shop licence or GST return for a business. This form only records the declared figure; the office decides what evidence it wants alongside it.
Why does selecting Surgana fill in the income table?
